Why I Started Trust Women’s Health
Too often, women’s healthcare feels rushed, impersonal, and more like checking a box than actually caring for a person. After years in big hospital systems, I saw how many patients left appointments feeling unheard, unseen, and sometimes even dismissed. I started Trust Women’s Health to flip that script. Here, you get time to ask the awkward questions, share your story, and actually understand your options. Care is thorough, private, and personal—never rushed, never brushed off, and definitely never filtered through a call center.
A Trusted Partner for Your Health Needs

With over 15 years of experience in women’s healthcare, Kate Behning is a board-certified Women’s Health Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in nonsurgical office gynecological services.
Kate founded Trust Women’s Health with a vision to create a healthcare experience that puts patients first. She believes in providing individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
"It is my joy and privilege to care for the gynecologic needs of my patients! When working for a large, hospital owned clinic no longer matched my values, I opted to forge my own path. I know how incredibly vulnerable seeking care can be -- my goal is to provide a space where all feel welcome, safe, and seen."
